They're still called "libraries," but the
range of services they offer goes far beyond
traditional book-lending.
Libraries in Miami County have lots of books, to
be sure, but they also have videos, tapes,
microfilm and a variety of other services. The
Troy-Miami County Public Library even brings books
to you with its Bookmobile.

The J.R. Clarke Public Library delivers to
shut-ins and care centers once a month. It also
provides LTS - Library To School services. Every
month the library provides one book for each
student in grades second through fifth.

Tipp City also participates in inter-library
loans and an outreach service to SpringMeade each
week to deliver books that can be requested. The
library's newest service is Internet access.
