Lincoln Square, 1320 Archer Dr., Troy — Critical violation at time of inspection: observed pie at 45 degrees Fahrenheit, milk at 48 degrees in display refrigerator. TCS foods must be stored below 41 degrees Fahrenheit to reduce any growth. Accurate thermometers are needed in all refrigerators to monitor temperatures. Repair refrigerator to hold below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Repair man has been called.
Walmart Supercenter, 1801 W. Main St., Troy — Observed water standing near side of walk-in freezer. Fix issue. Observed display cooler/freezer cases with unclean food residual in bottom section.areas. Clean frequently and when needed. Replace/resurface cutting board in produce room. Observed stained cutting boards.
Kroger, 715 W. Market St., Troy — Observed cutting boards in produce room stained. Resurface/replace. Critical violation at time of inspection: Observed buffet cooler holding middle section TCS foods above 41 degrees. TCS foods must maintain 41 degrees or lower to limit growth of bacteria. Issue is being monitored and worked on. Bread in grab and go bins are not with ingredient labels on the bar. Place ingredient labels properly. Water leak observed in Starbucks under ice machine. Fix issue properly. Produce microwave is not clean. Clean properly and frequently. Note: keep water quality sample results for bulk water machine on file.
Miami Shores Golf Course, 402 E. Staunton Road, Troy — Satisfactory at time of inspection.
Outback Steahouse, 1801 Towne Park, Troy — Critical violation at time of inspection: observed cooked mushrooms on steam table at 115 degrees. Keep hot foods above 135 degrees to limit growth. Observed potatoes being washed in three-tank sink instead of using the food prep sink. Always use food prep sink to wash produce to prevent any contamination. Critical violation at time of inspection: observed dirty pans in warmer to be used. The baking pans for potatoes are very thick with burnt carbon. Clean or replace.
Subway, 11 N. High St., Covington — Operation fine at time of inspection.
Troy Country Club, 1830 Peters Road, Troy — Critical violation at time of inspection: observed opened packages of ham, beef, sausage crumbs and lettuce in prep refrigerator and walk-in without any dates. Label all TCS, RTE foods to use within seven days to limit germ growth. Observed large amount of ice build-up on walk-in freezer door. Please repair so door can shut properly.
36 Skate Club, 4845 W. US Route 36, Piqua — Follow-up inspection for equipment requirement. All equipment requirements have been met. Any restrictions have been lifted from the license.
