Clare Bridge of Troy, 81 S. Stanfield Road, Troy — Satisfactory at time of inspection.
End Zone Sports Lounge, 601 E. Broadway St., Covington — Critical violation at time of inspection: observed cut tomatoes and lettuce, cheese and various dressings at 50-52 degrees Fahrenheit in prep refrigerator. Items removed. Test strips needed at bar to test strength of sanitizer. REPEAT. The prep refrigerator holding at 52 degrees. Dial adjusted. Monitor to hold less than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Call for repair if needed. DO NOT put items back in until it holds at less than 41 degrees. Critical violation at time of inspection: The water in hand sink behind bar was turned off so not available. When turned to the sink, then sink runs continuously. Repair sink properly so water is available to employees at all times. Critical violation at time of inspection: observed raw meat stored on shelf in walk-in cooler next to ready-to-eat food. Cooked meat found on shelf next to raw meat. Keep raw meats on separate shelves from ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross contamination.
Sterling House of Troy, 81 S. Stanfield Road, Troy — Observed food debris on the underside of the mixer. Please clean area thoroughly — mildew growing on caulking on dirty side of dishes in dish room. Discussed options with maintenance to prevent.
Asian Cottage, 761 W. Market St., Troy — Observed raw meat stored in trash bag in freezer. Only use food grade materials with food. Get a paper towel holder for towels at hand sink. Observed bleach and other items in hand sink. Keep sink free from all items to wash hands.
Hot Head Burrito, 968 W. Main St., Tipp City — Observed frozen chicken being thawed under warm running water. Always use cold, running water for thawing to prevent any growth. Critical violation at time of inspection: manager stated cutting board and cutting wheel only cleaned at night. Wash, rinse, sanitize utensils every four hours to prevent germ growth.
The Silver Spoon Frozen Yogurt, 1446 W. Main St., Troy — Satisfactory at time of inspection.
Steak & Shake #260, 1779 W. Main St., Troy — The grouting under dish machine is very low and holding water/food debris. Maintenance agrees to regrout area on Aug. 7 to help with odor and gnat harborage.
Silver Lake Beach Club, 4720 S. Scarff Road, New Carlisle — No items at time of inspection.
Donato’s Pizza, 414 W. Main St., Troy — Pizza cabinet handles have build-up of food debris. Ensure these items are cleaned more regularly. Note: ensure food license is posted.

Remedi RX, 962 Dorset Road, Troy — Freezer does not have automatic shutoff. Operator states that device is on order to be repaired. Call for re-inspection when replaced.
Subway Wal-Mart, 1801 W. Main St., Troy — Chicken and meatballs in walk-in not datemarked. Ensure that these items are datemarked for seven days and then discarded. Dirty mop water near utensil storage area. Ensure mop water is stored away from utensil storage. Handwashing sink not providing hot water. Repair sink and ensure hot water is working.
Troy BK Rootbeer, 2780 Stonecircle, Troy — Critical violation at time of inspection: observed a pan of shredded cheese in ice bath and 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The ice bath wasn’t touching the pan of cheese to keep food below 41 degrees. Hamburger in a pan on top of stove was being held at 124 degrees. Food must be kept above 135 degrees. Critical violation at time of inspection: observed a working container without a label. Please label all working containers to prevent any confusion or misuse.
