TROY — Troy Fire Department officials remove Frederick and Susan Huntsman, both of Troy, out of their van after a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday. The couple was treated at Upper Valley Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. A car, driven by Patricia Kooken of Troy, struck the Huntsman's van at the intersection of Market and Water streets at 1:43 p.m. According to the Troy Police Department, Kooken allegedly failed to stop her car at the stop light. She also was taken to UVMC with non-life threatening injuries. Charges are pending for Kooken.
